Engineered for a repeatable cycle.
Cold compression. Mechanical pressure, with no heating, reduces foam volume to 1/10–1/50 and forms high-density blocks for transport and recycling.

03 / PRODUCT FEATURES
- Feeding system with a crusher that pre-shreds large foam pieces
- Screw or hydraulic compression chamber (some models add a small amount of solvent such as citrus oil to help reduce volume)
- Forming module that outputs dense blocks (some models strap automatically)
- PLC automatic control with adjustable pressure and speed
